• Achieve or exceed monthly sales, growth, and net retention targets • Manage a large book of business with a strategic, value-driven approach to retention and expansion • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and guide customers toward multi-year agreements • Maintain a strong, predictable sales pipeline and adhere to defined activity metrics • Conduct effective virtual presentations and product value reviews with customers • Build and nurture trusted relationships with assigned clients • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, requests, and escalations • Collaborate with internal teams to identify risk indicators early and prevent churn • Ensure customer satisfaction by proactively addressing challenges and aligning solutions to customer needs • Maintain accurate, timely updates within the NetSuite CRM • Follow established cadence expectations for outreach, follow-up, and pipeline management • Address billing questions, coordinate with Finance, and support contract renewals

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent experience is preferred
  • 1-2 years experience in customer retention, account management, sales, or a similar customer-facing role is preferred
  • Strong customer service skills and a genuine desire to build long-term client relationships
  • Proven track record working with CRM platforms (NetSuite experience preferred)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously with high attention to detail
  • Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong phone and virtual presentation skills
  • Self-starter mindset with a sense of urgency and accountability

The Personal Health Nurse (PHN) works within a team to move the member through the continuum of medical management with the goals of facilitating quality health care through the most cost-effective means. The PHN performs the Personal Health Management process: assess the member; work with the member, family and physician to identify problems; establish goals and develop plans of care; coordinate services; educate members; and empower members to independently self-manage and to make knowledgeable health care decisions. The PHN works closely with the provider(s) to ensure that services are provided in the most appropriate setting by the appropriate provider(s) by performing functions of Personal Health Management as well as some functions of Utilization Management. Additionally, the PHN interfaces with clients and with CCCS client managers and are responsible for the medical management of designated client(s). All Medical Management Nurses practice within the scope of their licensures. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Include the following.
