• Lead the design, development, and deployment of a new lunar lander test facility from concept to operations. • Define and synthesize system-level requirements for a remote lunar lander test site supporting hot firing and hopper flight testing. • Lead the design and implementation of the complete facility, including ground infrastructure and utilities. • Specify and implement propellant and pressurization systems including Liquid Oxygen, Liquid Methane, Helium, and Nitrogen. • Design infrastructure enabling autonomous operation of a remote site (power generation, storage, logistics, safety systems). • Develop P&IDs for propulsion test facilities and associated ground support equipment. • Design, size, and select components for cryogenic and high-pressure fluid systems. • Ensure safe handling, storage, and distribution of cryogenic propellants and pressurants. • Define facility layout, foundations, structural interfaces, and site infrastructure requirements. • Coordinate with civil engineering partners to implement test stands, safety perimeters, and support buildings. • Define and implement automation architectures for test operations and facility control, including safe connections with the vehicle to test. • Develop and validate safety-critical systems protecting personnel, hardware, and environment. • Perform hazard analyses (FMEA, HAZOP, risk assessments) and implement mitigation measures. • Develop test procedures, operational concepts, and commissioning plans. • Lead end-to-end development of the test facility including design, procurement, manufacturing, installation, commissioning, and operations readiness. • Manage technical interfaces with internal teams, customers, and external suppliers. • Perform trade-off analyses to optimize performance, safety, cost, and schedule. • Support on-site deployment, integration, and test campaigns in the UAE.

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of MuleSoft integration solutions using Anypoint Platform • Mentor the internal team on MuleSoft best practices, supporting a smooth transition from the current tech stack (.NET, JavaScript, C#) • Collaborate with teams and stakeholders to define integration requirements and strategies • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues to ensure performance, security, and scalability • Develop custom connectors and leverage DataWeave for data transformation • Lead code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and facilitating knowledge-sharing within the team • Maintain and enhance existing integrations to meet changing business needs • Create technical documentation and present solutions to stakeholders • Stay current on MuleSoft’s latest practices, technologies, and trends

• Build the AI-powered internal platform that every Alaner uses daily to navigate the company, find context, and take action. • Design and ship intelligent agents that automate real organizational workflows: onboarding, knowledge retrieval, performance alignment, decision support. • Push LLMs into production for structured reasoning, agentic task execution, and deep integration with internal tools. • Define the primitives and abstractions of AI-native work, the patterns that scale across every team and every country Alan operates in. • Replace generic tools (HRIS, performance reviews, IAM) with opinionated, Alan-native software that compounds with our culture. • Build and scale our Identity & Access Management (IAM), Privileged Access Management (PAM), and user lifecycle across 25+ systems. • Collaborate with product, design, security and leadership to turn Alan's cultural principles into software that amplifies them.

• Designing, developing, and implementing web applications from the user experience to backend services. • Full-stack development using modern frameworks such as React, TypeScript, Node, or experience in modern programming languages. • Creating and managing database schemas and writing efficient queries using SQL (PostgreSQL). • Building asynchronous requests and optimizing data flow in large scale applications. • Working collaboratively with product and design teams to create seamless integrations between front-end and back-end systems.
