• Maintain active communication with clients; • Support management of the client portfolio, monitoring their journey and engagement with the solution; • Monitor success and retention metrics, assisting with data analysis and generating insights; • Assist platform users and onboard new clients, keeping them informed about features; • Support proactive outreach to clients via Meet, WhatsApp and phone; • Assist in creating workflows, materials, and engagement and training events for clients; • Identify and resolve bottlenecks with clients and the Customer Success and Support teams; • Participate in meetings with clients and internal teams to ensure the best possible experience; • Support the team with client requests as needed.

Job Requirements

  • Available to work remotely Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 17:00, with 1 hour for lunch;
  • Enrolled in Social Communication (Journalism, Public Relations, or related fields) or related programs from the 2nd semester onward;
  • Good verbal and written communication skills;
  • Resilience to handle and navigate crisis situations;
  • Teamwork to meet targets;
  • Organization and focus to handle a high volume of information;
  • Enjoy customer service, speaking on the phone, and interacting with people;
  • Communicative and empathetic;
