• Executing sophisticated multi-channel outreach strategies to engage institutional players and mid-to-large tier firms in high-velocity sectors. • Implementing a systematic 'Meet me @ N3XT' process to ensure our clients become our strongest advocates, turning every onboarded firm into a node for new partner referrals. • Pitching CFOs, Treasurers, and Founders, navigating the nuances of complex cross-border financial needs and narrow banking value propositions. • Owning the full lifecycle of industry trade shows and conferences—from pre-event executive meeting setting to on-the-ground pitching and rapid post-event onboarding. • Designing bespoke 'Referral Kits' and high-level pitch decks that translate our value proposition into various economic and regulatory contexts. • Maintaining total ownership of the sales stack and CRM, utilizing data to track leading indicators and refine our global acquisition playbook.

• Own and maintain corporate IT infrastructure using Terraform, ensuring configurations are versioned, auditable, and secure. • Design, build, and deploy automations using serverless automations in the cloud to streamline operational workflows and reduce manual effort. • Own alerting and notification pipelines using platforms such as incident.io and other incident management tools, ensuring anomalies and critical events surface to the appropriate responders. • Participate in and improve incident response workflows, including maintaining and iterating on runbooks, conducting post-incident reviews, and driving down mean time to resolution. • Package, deploy, and maintain internal tooling using Docker to support IT operations and automation efforts. • Develop targeted scripts and lightweight applications in Bash, Python, and JavaScript/TypeScript to solve operational problems and integrate corporate systems. • Collaborate cross-functionally with Security, Platform/SRE Engineering, and business stakeholders to align IT initiatives with organizational needs. • Maintain and troubleshoot network infrastructure fundamentals, including DNS, VPN, and firewall configurations.

• Front line support for the N3XT client base - Multi-channel support (email, chat, via Intercom) • Contribute to the full lifecycle of client support inquiries - These can be product questions, system issues, onboarding inquiries, payment issues, etc. • Work directly with other N3XT teams - Compliance, Bank Operations, Business Development, Engineering and Infrastructure as a means to fully supporting the client base • Assist in the client onboarding process - Work with internal teams to further define and streamline onboarding processes across new and existing client segments • Support client and vendor integration efforts using API technologies, working directly with software engineers and technical teams. This includes maintaining the client integration process - Testing tools and strategies, certification workflows and processes through go live and BAU • Identify application issues that lead to user problems through periodic testing of new and existing versions of the N3XT application and APIs - Work directly with Engineering teams to assist in debugging • Assist in the creation and maintenance of public documentation - FAQs, User Guides, API Documentation • Support efforts in overall process improvement and automation

• Support the BSA/AML/OFAC Officer with governance, implementation, and oversight of N3XT’s BSA/AML/OFAC compliance program, including policies and procedures, with focus on digital assets / blockchain products • Assist the BSA/AML/OFAC Officer by providing leadership to Onboarding / Transaction Monitoring Teams and managing escalations related to BSA/AML/OFAC and Onboarding (KYC/KYB/EDD) • Lead enterprise-wide BSA/AML and Sanctions risk assessments • Oversee and support investigations and SAR decisioning involving blockchain payments, including sanction/PEP/adverse media hits • Responsible for OFAC reporting requirements, blocked or rejected transactions, and Travel Rule record keeping requirements as needed • Partner with data and engineering teams to help our team integrate AI and automation in daily alert clearing and investigation activities (onboarding reviews, screening and transaction monitoring investigations) • Coordinate and manage responses for third party audits, regulatory exams, internal quality assurance reviews, and bank partner requests • Own remediation efforts of related findings through issue closure • Assist in enhancing company-wide compliance risk-based training by incorporating AI and LLM tools to create required modules housed in our learning management system • Drive automation of data reporting for manual compliance processes, including partner obligation management • Assist with managing other regulatory compliance initiatives as needed, such as quarterly incident tabletops and regulatory change management

• Lead the development and management of our hardened production environment • Orchestrate blockchain nodes and manage cryptographic key lifecycles • Build comprehensive surveillance systems for on-chain activity • Architect and manage a multi-provider node network • Design and implement real-time surveillance for all smart contract events • Manage institutional-grade FIPS 140-2/3 Level 3 HSMs and MPC systems • Build high-availability systems for real-time reconciliation between off-chain accounting and public blockchain state • Lead the deployment of upgradeable smart contracts

• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code using TypeScript/Node.js. • Develop back-end services and APIs with Node.js, front-ends with TypeScript/React/Next.js. • Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders. • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. • Identify and fix bugs/performance issues. • Stay updated with emerging technologies/industry trends.
