• Platform Administration: Manage administrative consoles for enterprise AI tools; oversee user provisioning, permission sets, and security configurations. • License & Spend Management: Track seat utilization and manage license lifecycles. Monitor API usage and monthly spend to ensure budget alignment. • Triage & Support: Act as the Tier 2/3 escalation point for AI-related help desk tickets. Manage and prioritize incoming service requests for new AI features or access. • Vendor Liaison: Serve as the primary technical point of contact for Anthropic and Google, managing account health, feature updates, and technical escalations. • Reporting & Analytics: Deliver quarterly reports on platform adoption, ROI, usage trends, and system performance to stakeholders. • Process Improvement: Continuous refinement of service request forms and automated workflows to streamline the AI onboarding experience.

Job Requirements

  • Experience: 3+ years in IT Systems Administration or SaaS Operations.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong familiarity with Google Workspace Admin, enterprise SSO/IdP integrations, and AI model deployment consoles.
  • Vendor Management: Proven track record of managing high-touch relationships with Tier 1 software vendors.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to translate raw usage data into actionable insights and executive-level reporting.
  • Communication: Exceptional ability to explain technical AI concepts to non-technical users.
