• Допомагати з операційною діяльністю по клієнтських екаунтах • Готувати та підтримувати звіти у Google Sheets / Excel • Працювати з CRM-системою: оновлення, актуалізація та очищення даних • Допомагати з підготовкою та відправкою інвойсів під супроводом Account Managers • Контролювати терміни оплат та робити follow-ups клієнтам • Фільтрувати та обробляти inbound leads за заданими критеріями • Додавати ліди та клієнтські дані в CRM • Працювати з дослідженням website visitors та lead intelligence • Збирати інформацію та апдейти по клієнтах і лідах • Брати участь у sales experiments та внутрішніх ініціативах команди • Взаємодіяти з Sales, Account та Finance командами у щоденній роботі

• Collaborate with the client’s team in the United States • Work on a cloud-based POS system for retail businesses • Manage sales, inventory, payments, and customer data in a single platform • Scale operations from a single store to multi-location

• Communicate with stakeholders and conduct deep competitor research to ensure the product stays aligned with global audio industry standards and user expectations • Analyze system architecture to identify potential user flow issues already at the planning stage • Participate in persona development, conduct user interviews, identify pain points, validate hypotheses, and shape optimal user flows for a natural and smooth experience • Create block diagrams of user flows / signal flows and participate in UX/UI prototyping • Participate in roadmap creation, backlog prioritization and following Agile & Scrum methodologies • Create atomic, independent, and precise User Stories in Given/When/Then format, ensure clarity, and maintain up-to-date documentation • Participating with team for finding limitations and potential solution of how the deal could look like • Interact with stakeholders to extract the deep requirements and hidden needs, maintain smooth and clear process of retranslation the vision of the product to the entire team, making sure everyone is on the same page • Perform high-level feature validation to ensure the product follows right direction and lead demos for gathering feedback and future improvements

• Work on a desktop application in the field of computer peripherals • Manage devices (keyboards, mice, headsets, power management, and cooling systems) for an international brand • Collaborate with a team of developers, QA engineers, business analysts, project managers, and designers

• Develop a Windows application using WPF and .NET • Implement support for ARM64 architecture • Integrate a driver developed by the US team • Implement firmware update flows for devices connected via USB • Develop functionality for configuring device parameters • Collaborate with the international team and participate in project discussions
