Role Description As an Engineering Staff Director - Geoservices, you will be responsible for: - Leading and managing the Region team from a discipline and business perspective. - Delivering annual revenue plan per MRP in revenue and OI. - Managing headcount, revenue and cost in close collaboration and with full goal alignment with the product lines and areas within region. - Providing subsurface related advice and input to multi-disciplinary projects, from exploration through discovery and appraisal to field development and production to drive revenue and margin opportunity for Baker Hughes. - Developing a clear vision on the business and the strategy of the business in close interaction with business management. - Delivering very complex specialized professional work by single-layered or specialized professional work delivered by multi-layered regional or global teams. - Gauging workflow and implementing change where needed to manage the efficiency of a multi-layered department and influence team leaders. - Reporting on a regular cadence with peers and executive leadership. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in subsurface disciplines or Petroleum Engineering. - Minimum of 15 additional years of experience in Business Operations. - Significant experience in a leadership role directly and indirectly managing multi-disciplinary teams. - Proven experience within and outside the organization. - Ability to work with and influence stakeholders. - Fluency in Arabic - knowledge of regional languages is desired. - P&L management experience. - Strong oral and written communication skills. - Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. - Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. - Established project management skills.
