Role Description We currently have a vacancy for a Full-Stack .NET Developer fluent in English, to offer his/her services as an expert remotely within EU. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated in the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team. - Develop and maintain high-quality, clean, and maintainable code in line with project standards; - Design and develop responsive and accessible user interfaces; - Develop UI components using modern frameworks and best practices; - Develop and maintain microservices, including related testing; - Contribute to the development of application and data layers; - Analyse existing code to understand dependencies and support system changes; - Perform unit, integration, and end-to-end testing to ensure software quality; - Translate high-level designs into detailed technical specifications. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in an IT related field; - At least 4 years of work experience in software development and systems analysis; - Hands-on experience with ASP.NET, MVC, REST API, C#, AJAX, JQuery, HTML5 and Bootstrap, CSS, JSON and OpenXML; - Hands-on experience with C# and front-end frameworks (Angular, React or Blazor); - Good knowledge of UML for software analysis and design; - Experience with Git or other version control systems; - Excellent knowledge of SQL; - Experience with browser developer tools (DevTools); - Proficient in Object-Oriented Design; - Experience in prototype design; - Experience writing anti-corruption layers and unit tests independent of the system under test; - Experience with Entity Framework Core, including Code-First and the repository pattern; - Fluent in English (minimum B2 level according to CEFR), with valid certification (e.g. IELTS or TOEFL). • Architecting and shipping systems that directly move business outcomes • Working across the full stack — frontend tooling for complex ad workflows, cloud infrastructure, and backend systems • Building frontend applications for ad operations workflows that handle scale and complexity • Developing cloud infrastructure on AWS/GCP/Azure: deployment pipelines, monitoring, autoscaling • Creating backend services and APIs that support multiple AI agent integrations running in production • Designing system architecture that can grow

• Lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance services that enable real-time pricing decisions across multiple products. • Collaborate with data scientists and product managers to translate business goals into robust technical solutions. • Drive architectural improvements in the pricing platform to support rapid growth, new products, and evolving modeling needs. • Mentor and coach engineers across the team, elevating best practices in system design, testing, and operational excellence. • Ensure the quality and reliability of our pricing engines through comprehensive testing, code reviews, and production monitoring. • Champion improvements in developer experience, automation, and observability to increase team velocity and platform resilience.

• Build and ship features on our real-time bidding platform - at 200k+ QPS, performance and correctness are non-negotiable • Use AI tools hands-on to ship code faster — own what you build end-to-end, from the first prompt to production deployment • Contribute to rewriting and modernising parts of our legacy platform, using AI tooling to move faster without cutting corners • Work across the full stack when needed - this isn't a role where backend engineers stop at the API boundary • Help shaping how the team works with AI day-to-day — what goes into the workflow, what doesn't, and how we raise the bar over time
