• Lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance services that enable real-time pricing decisions across multiple products. • Collaborate with data scientists and product managers to translate business goals into robust technical solutions. • Drive architectural improvements in the pricing platform to support rapid growth, new products, and evolving modeling needs. • Mentor and coach engineers across the team, elevating best practices in system design, testing, and operational excellence. • Ensure the quality and reliability of our pricing engines through comprehensive testing, code reviews, and production monitoring. • Champion improvements in developer experience, automation, and observability to increase team velocity and platform resilience.

• Build and ship features on our real-time bidding platform - at 200k+ QPS, performance and correctness are non-negotiable • Use AI tools hands-on to ship code faster — own what you build end-to-end, from the first prompt to production deployment • Contribute to rewriting and modernising parts of our legacy platform, using AI tooling to move faster without cutting corners • Work across the full stack when needed - this isn't a role where backend engineers stop at the API boundary • Help shaping how the team works with AI day-to-day — what goes into the workflow, what doesn't, and how we raise the bar over time

• Design, build, and maintain scalable web applications across the full stack from frontend interfaces to backend systems and APIs • Write modular, high-quality code, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and own the delivery of new features from concept to production • Develop new features and APIs leveraging existing systems, even without detailed mockups • Focus on user experience and usability, testing features from the end-user perspective • Collaborate with QA to ensure robustness and scalability of new releases • Partner with Product and Design teams to validate feasibility and improve upcoming changes • Continuously refactor, optimize, and improve code performance • Support a culture of code reviews, testing, and CI/CD best practices.
