Account Manager
Swiftly
• Rapidly assimilate Swiftly’s suite of digital products and articulate their benefits and capabilities to clients with persuasive acumen • Plan and oversee the execution of digital marketing campaigns, ensuring adherence to timelines, creative standards, and data requirements to meet clients' audience targets and business objectives. Leverage inventory planning tools to ensure proposals only offer available inventory • Act as the primary contact for clients, offering troubleshooting support, implementing creative changes, maintaining campaign momentum, and delivering actionable performance insights and recommendations • Craft and convey media strategies, including audience targeting and optimization techniques, establishing yourself as a thought leader in media planning to enhance Swiftly’s client relationships • Develop, present, and implement comprehensive media plans that encompass various digital channels, with an emphasis on innovation and optimization to drive client success • Collaborate with the sales team to secure client renewals and identify opportunities for new or incremental business, underpinning client retention and growth strategies • Input all proposals into Salesforce CPQ; push deals through the opportunity stages until the deal is closed won. Maintain product catalog in Salesforce and ensure new products are accurately structured in Salesforce • Advise on pricing strategies and help develop, maintain, and enforce rate card norms. Participate in deal review for non-confirming deals • Forecast campaign risk and required adjustments to address performance weekly • Manage client expectations and advise on the most advantageous spend tactics to garner the highest campaign performance. Upsell on winning strategies and develop successful renewal strategies • Lead the planning and execution of multi-channel digital campaigns, including paid and organic search, social media across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and emerging channels such as TikTok • Utilize advanced programmatic spending strategies to target users based on demographic data and loyalty to home stores, integrating video content where effective • Oversee regular campaign performance reviews, presenting metrics such as impressions, views, clicks, likes, ROAS, iROAS, and in-store visitation to stakeholders • Collaborate with data analytics teams to refine campaign targeting using geo-targeting and "instant segments" to engage consumers during in-store shopping experiences • Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring timely communication and campaign alignment with client expectation • Align with product on customer experience, usability and new enhancements • Facilitate and present campaign wrap up reporting, integrating data from 1st and 3rd party reporting systems and summarizing in eloquent readouts • Other related duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with extensive expertise in developing media plans, managing multifaceted digital advertising campaigns, and advising and executing detailed optimization recommendations
- Ability to engage clients quickly, develop rapport, and maintain relationships
- Proficient in the latest digital advertising platforms and analytics tools, with an emphasis on programmatic advertising and performance metrics analysis
- Exceptional communication and persuasive skills for client interfacing and stakeholder management
- Leadership and collaboration skills, fostering team success and contributing to a dynamic work environment
- Experience with retailers or with retail media
- Previous work in digital transitions for retail or related sectors
- Self-starter, autonomous worker and team player
