• Manage inbound brand partnership inquiries and assess opportunities • Coordinate and match brands with suitable creators/talent • Act as the main point of contact between brand partners and talent • Support and drive deals from initial inquiry through to close • Advocate for talent throughout the negotiation and deal process • Track and manage opportunities across the pipeline • Maintain and update workflows within TeamInbox, Basecamp, or similar tools • Ensure clear, timely, and professional communication across all stakeholders • Proactively follow up on opportunities to keep momentum and drive conversions

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in account management, partnerships, or client services (agency or influencer marketing experience is a plus)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Confident in representing and advocating for talent
  • Experience working with project management or communication tools (e.g., Basecamp) is a plus

The Commercial Account Representative plays a critical role in supporting BHJ’s strategic customer relationships and business growth.
