Responsibilities - Delivery ownership: Own technical quality and on-time execution across client engagements. Hold the definition of done. Define and enforce engineering standards across delivery teams. - Team leadership: Directly lead senior engineers. Build trust and continuity during structural change. Run code reviews, retrospectives, and post-mortems. Close capability gaps through mentorship and practice change. - Cross-functional coordination: Lead the Engineering Guild.
