• Provides communication skills and expertise in the preparation of regulatory, clinical, and marketing documents throughout drug development, post-marketing and life-cycle management. • Provides mentoring and support to individual members of the Statistical Programming Team. • Drive and support company projects: Data and programming standards • Enablement and finalization of regulatory submissions and other external clinical documents across multiple therapeutics area • In-house database preparation and validation

• Adaptable in taking classes that start throughout the semester – most teachers teach between 10-20 hours per week, building up to that schedule throughout the year. • Commitment and consistency in attendance - Elevate teachers are the teacher of record for their students. • Maintain an elevated level of professionalism in the classroom environment with students, the Classroom Coach, fellow Elevate K-12 professionals, and school employees.

• Design, develop, and maintain Appian applications to automate and optimize business processes • Troubleshoot and resolve application issues in collaboration with Business Analysts and stakeholders to ensure system stability and performance • Work closely with Business Analysts and stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions within Appian • Create and configure Appian process models, interfaces, and integrations to deliver efficient workflows and user experiences • Partner with IT and development teams to ensure requirements are implemented accurately and align with organizational objectives • Use Azure DevOps (or similar tools) for task tracking, version control, and communication across teams • Prepare technical documentation, including design specifications and deployment guides, to support application development and maintenance • Participate in testing and validation of new features and fixes to ensure high-quality deliverables • Identify opportunities to enhance existing applications and contribute to best practices for Appian development • Work within Agile methodologies to deliver iterative improvements and maintain flexibility in development cycles • Ensure compliance with data security standards and adopt best practices for secure application development
