Senior Manager, Partner Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning

Maliasili

• Lead on the assessment, analysis, and design of participatory processes that build effective MEL systems • Partner with portfolio team to deliver participatory and well-facilitated processes • Provide customised follow-up support to portfolio partners on MEL system implementation • Design and test new methods for supporting partners and improving MEL systems • Guide partners to define indicators and outcomes that demonstrate conservation impacts • Cultivate a community of best practices for MEL practitioners • Support the development of the Maliasili team in MEL competencies • Promote and facilitate the active use of MEL data for decision-making

Job Requirements

  • 7-10 years of relevant experience
  • Relevant degrees in monitoring, evaluation, and learning, statistics, environmental management, conservation, or development
  • Strong skills in building fit-for-purpose MEL systems
  • Knowledge of best practice monitoring and evaluation methods
  • Experience in participatory approaches to measuring household income and livelihoods
  • Experience in CRM and data management platforms
  • Excellent problem-solving ability
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English
  • Proficiency in French highly desired
  • Ability to work in Swahili and/or Portuguese is an additional advantage

The Senior Partner Manager’s responsibility is to develop and drive the execution of business plans with a set of focus partners with initiatives that support accelerated GTM, increased investment and new capabilities and offerings to take to market in the Singapore region. Key to the success in the position is effective collaboration with multiple cross-functional stakeholders, including sales, partner and technical sales, marketing, legal, and operations. What You Will Be Doing - Executive Relationships: Growing trust and influence with senior leadership of our focus partners.
