Senior Project Manager – Event Services

Nteractive

• Leading the project management of large-scale events and complex workstreams from concept through delivery • Partnering with Account Directors and Project Directors to translate client objectives into detailed project plans • Developing and maintaining accurate project documentation, timelines, and trackers • Managing budgets and ensuring strong financial control and commercial performance • Negotiating and managing venue, hotel, and supplier contracts to ensure best value and quality delivery • Championing best-practice project management frameworks and internal processes • Building strong relationships with clients, venues, and suppliers • Leading onsite delivery, providing clear direction and solving challenges in real time • Analyzing post-event data to drive continuous improvement and deliver client improvement plans • Leading, mentoring, and developing project teams in line with Nteractive values

Job Requirements

  • Proven senior-level project management experience in an agency environment
  • Strong background delivering large-scale conferences and complex events
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and workstreams
  • Excellent financial and contract management skills
  • Advanced Excel and strong general ICT skills
  • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop teams
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Calm, solutions-focused mindset under pressure
