Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in leading a team
  • 6+ years of experience in recruitment in the IT industry

  • Proven track record of hands-on headhunting and direct sourcing for senior-level roles
  • Actively engages in operational recruitment activities

  • Smoothly uses Polish (C2) and English (at least B2/C1)
