Supply Chain, Master Data
RTX
• Lead digital technology initiatives supporting Supply Chain and Master Data functions • Partner with business stakeholders to understand operational challenges and translate them into system-driven solutions • Support execution of ERP roadmap initiatives aligned with enterprise digital strategy • Drive process harmonization and adoption of standardized system solutions • Identify opportunities for automation, simplification, and improved system utilization • Lead and support full lifecycle SAP implementations including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and hypercare • Contribute to SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration efforts, ensuring continuity and minimal business disruption • Coordinate cross-functional design workshops and ensure alignment between business and technical teams • Oversee integration points across SAP modules (MM, PP, SD, WM/EWM, QM) and related systems • Support data migration planning, validation, and reconciliation activities • Own day-to-day application support for Supply Chain and Master Data systems • Manage incident resolution, root cause analysis, and issue prioritization to meet service level agreements • Lead enhancement intake, impact assessment, and release management processes • Ensure system stability and performance through proactive monitoring and continuous improvement • Support post-go-live stabilization efforts following implementations or upgrades • Partner with business teams to maintain strong master data governance practices • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance of material, vendor, customer, and product master data • Support development and enforcement of data standards and stewardship models • Identify and address data quality issues impacting supply chain operations • Act as the primary point of contact for Supply Chain and Master Data leaders for system-related initiatives • Facilitate solution design sessions and requirements workshops • Communicate system changes, impacts, and timelines clearly to stakeholders • Support user training, documentation, and change adoption activities • Travel up to 25% domestically and internationally to support global implementations, site deployments, stakeholder workshops, and post-go-live stabilization efforts. • Partner with system integrators and external vendors to deliver project milestones and support services • Collaborate with infrastructure, security, finance, and other IT teams to ensure integrated solutions • Provide guidance to analysts and functional team members as needed.
Job Requirements
- Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future
- 7–10 years of experience in enterprise systems, digital technology, or IT business systems roles
- 5+ years supporting Supply Chain and/or Master Data functions
- Hands-on experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA
- Experience participating in at least one full lifecycle SAP implementation; multiple implementations preferred
- Experience supporting ERP migrations, upgrades, or system consolidations
- Proven experience managing application sustainment and break/fix support processes
- Experience working in cross-functional, matrixed, and global environments
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally
- Must have an active Passport.
