• Knowledge of how the systems in which they work operate; • Understand the behavior of the systems under test; • Design and prepare software test scenarios; • Identify common software defects and failures; • Understand business, requirements, development and testing to act as co-responsible for the entire development lifecycle; • Assist the Product Owner in writing acceptance criteria for backlog stories; • Support the Product Owner in accepting sprint stories; • Assist in writing automated unit tests; • Perform ATDD, BDD and/or Specification by Example; • Test management and planning, with the ability to produce basic test documentation such as strategy, plans, cases and test scripts; • Familiarity with test management, defect management, test automation tools, test data generation and virtualized interface tools; • Create scripts in specific tools (automated and manual) and execute them while recording and analyzing results; • Perform acceptance, compatibility, regression, integration, functional and non-functional tests (exploratory, connectivity, vulnerability, stress and load); • Build mocks, stubs and/or simulators to enable test execution; • Evaluate a system's non-functional performance requirements using specific tools and monitors; • Monitor and track test coverage levels for systems, promoting increased coverage when necessary; • Record defects found after test execution and relate them to the relevant work products; • Evaluate the result of each test cycle; • Support managers and responsible teams in the system acceptance (homologation) of requests; • Be familiar with requirements notations in agile and traditional development models; • Must be able to create tests based on business scenarios; must be able to model tests based on experience and defects; • Maintain system cycles (active acceptance/UAT) in defined environments, including daily and monthly routines, batch jobs and interfaces; • Knowledge of common software failures and testing techniques; • Must be able to plan/execute tests to align the discipline's scope with available timeframes; • Have knowledge to perform Security Tests and validations, being able to identify security vulnerabilities and propose system improvements; • Must be able to assess the most common security aspects indicated by OWASP (https://www.owasp.org/); • Must be able to evaluate a system's non-functional Performance Requirements using specific tools and monitors; • Must be able to use specialized tools for automation, performance testing and for planning, managing and executing tests; • Experience producing basic test documentation such as Plans, Test Runs/Scripts, Evidence and Test Data sets; • Must be able to create scripts in specialized tools and work with automated execution using variable data sets (datapool).

• Conduct comprehensive credentialing file audits and ongoing quality reviews to ensure compliance with TJC and NCQA standards. • Oversee delegated credentialing arrangements, including CVO performance, ensuring adherence to contractual, regulatory, and accreditation requirements. • Plan, coordinate, and execute payer credentialing audits, including managing audit documentation, responding to findings, and ensuring timely completion of corrective action plans. • Track, trend, and report credentialing quality metrics to internal committees, identifying risks, gaps, and opportunities for improvement. • Review, maintain, and update credentialing policies and standard operating procedures to ensure ongoing alignment with TJC, NCQA, and regulatory requirements. • Partner with credentialing and provider operations teams to remediate audit findings and implement sustainable process improvements. • Support accreditation readiness efforts by participating in TJC and NCQA surveys, including mock surveys and live accreditation reviews. • Assist in the collection, validation, and submission of required documentation and data for accreditation surveys and regulatory reviews. • Monitor credentialing processes to ensure ongoing compliance with internal policies and external regulatory standards. • Identify compliance risks, escalate issues appropriately, and recommend corrective and preventive actions. • Maintain audit-ready documentation and ensure alignment across credentialing systems, policies, and procedures. • Collaborate cross-functionally with Provider Success, Compliance, Legal, and Operations teams to ensure a consistent and compliant credentialing program. • Contribute to the development and refinement of credentialing QA policies, audit tools, and standard operating procedures.
