Ecommerce Coordinator – DTC

Paired

• Execute daily website updates including product pages, landing pages, pricing, and promotions • Ensure all site content is accurate, consistent, and aligned with brand standards • Monitor website performance and troubleshoot or escalate issues promptly • Collaborate with marketing and ecommerce teams to launch campaigns and promotions • Implement discounts, bundles, product drops, and seasonal updates on time • Verify all promotional details before and during campaign launches • Own day-to-day ecommerce execution, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently • Track, manage, and follow through on tasks across multiple teams • Identify operational gaps and proactively resolve issues • Act as the first line of defense for urgent site issues or fixes • Maintain high responsiveness during campaigns, launches, and critical periods • Ensure a smooth and uninterrupted customer experience

Job Requirements

  • Ideally,** 5–10 years of total work experience** in a fast-paced, unstructured environment
  • DTC e-commerce operations with physical products is required
  • 2–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations or business operations
  • Proven experience managing ecommerce platforms (Shopify preferred)
  • Solid understanding of end-to-end DTC operations
  • Strong attention to detail with a hands-on execution mindset
  • Ability to coordinate effectively across marketing, creative, and operations teams
  • Highly responsive, reliable, and able to work under pressure during launches
  • Proactive problem-solver with a strong sense of ownership
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Flexible availability during key campaigns or urgent situations

Role Description We're hiring a hands-on Growth Operator / Head of Marketing to take ownership of the performance engine of a fast-scaling DTC e-commerce brand. This is not a typical management role. You will work directly with the founder and be responsible for driving growth across markets, channels, and funnels. You don't need to have done this exact role before—BUT you need to be a builder who figures things out fast and gets things done. If you combine analytical thinking with hands-on e-commerce experience and an ownership mentality, this role is for you. - Performance marketing across Meta, Google, AppLovin (Axon), and Taboola - Creative strategy—identifying winning hooks, angles, and concepts - Copywriting—ads, landing pages, funnels, and product pages - Funnel optimization—CRO, upsells, cross-sells, and conversion rate improvements - Scaling paid traffic and improving ROAS across all channels - Team leadership—managing and scaling a creative team (starting with video editors; you'll be responsible for hiring 2-3 additional video editors in your first 90 days) By "hands-on," we mean you personally execute—you're not delegating everything to a team on day one. You're in the Meta Ads Manager, you're writing copy, you're analyzing data, and you're building the playbooks that the team will eventually follow.
