• Own the long-term vision for the accounting tech stack • Serve as the functional lead for NetSuite, managing complex configurations, saved searches, custom records, and Advanced Revenue Management (ARM) • Execute high-priority projects including the automation of intercompany eliminations, SaaS metric reporting, and integration with upstream systems (e.g., Salesforce) • Establish rigorous system controls and documentation to ensure strong control environment and seamless audit trails
Job Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Accounting, Finance Systems, or FinTech operations
- Extensive hands-on experience (admin-level preferred) with NetSuite, specifically within a SaaS environment (recurring billing, ARM, multi-book)
- Deep understanding of SaaS-specific accounting challenges, including ASC 606 revenue recognition and subscription lifecycle management
- Proven track record of leading large-scale ERP implementations or system-wide automation projects from discovery to "go-live"
- Comfort with integrations (e.g., Celigo), SQL, or SuiteScript is a significant plus, though the focus is on functional management
