We’re excited to share this new opportunity for a Sr. Analyst, Participations with strong analytical & financial capabilities, to join our Participations group. Here you’ll get to: - Prepare, analyze, review, and distribute participation profit share and distribution statements according to contractual agreements - Compile, analyze and review transactional data to support statement reporting - Interpret, and summarize artist and label contracts, create related statements and financial schedules, provide contractual and financial data for deal models and analysis - Apply your financial accounting skills: review profitability analysis, identify variances and trends, build commentary to explain insights from financial statements, perform reconciliations, update cash forecasts and budgets, investigate audit issues and claims, perform tasks as part of the overall close process (includes accruals & true ups to expense, balance sheet transfers & reclasses, recoupments, participation, P&D and merch liabilities, and journal entries) - Follow department financial controls and policies, communicate deficiencies and gaps to management - Maintain vendor master data, input, code & coordinate payments - Build and maintain strong working relationships across the company (up to senior executives), follow up open work items, respond to requests from internal and external partners - Communicate status & raise issues as appropriate to your manager, lead work according to department deadlines, meeting department service levels and important metrics - Learn WMG operational & accounting systems, develop expertise in participations accounting & operations - Contribute ideas to process transformation, innovation, and improvement of team operations - Support our peers, help supervise the team, and demonstrate standard methodologies - Represent and contribute to the culture of the Participations group About you: - BA/BS degree required, preferably in accounting or finance related fields - 3-5 years of experience working in a related capacity - Financial statement preparation background - Sophisticated proficiency with MS Excel, working with large data sets and complex calculations - Possess strong problem solving and analytical skills with attention to detail - Effective communication skills, able to work cross-functionally and connect with internal & external partners - Ability to lead multiple priorities, complete tasks with accuracy and deliver under pressure - Ability to understand sophisticated information quickly, breakdown and communicate to others We’d love it if you also had: - You’re highly efficient, resilient and thrive working in a fast paced, deadline driven environment - It's important that you develop an expertise in the business, you dive into legal agreements, and the interpretation of contractual terms, and can apply this knowledge to analyze, see trends and explain the data - You exhibit a continuous improvement approach, and jump at the opportunity to help transform processes, push boundaries, and innovate - Entertainment, Media, or Music Industry experience working in Participations/Royalties or similar role - Experience working remotely in a Shared Services environment - Technical working expertise with SAP S4 Hana, SAP Analysis for Office, BI, SharePoint WMG is home to a wide range of artists, musicians, and songwriters that fuel our success. • Drive loan files from broker handover through document collection, analysis, submission, settlement, and post-settlement • Conduct living expense analysis • Analyse PAYG income including payslips, salary credits, and salary sacrifice arrangements • Analyse self-employed income (full doc assessment) • Pull and assess credit files • Identify liabilities from Fact Find, credit file, and bank statements • Conduct lender research, policy checks, and product recommendations • Complete detailed diary notes for internal records and submission • Prepare and package loan applications in Broker Engine • Order valuations and manage through to completion • Manage pricing requests • Liaise with XSource regarding MIRs and loan documents • Action returned MIRs and documents within expected timeframes • Track and manage lender conditions • Ensure strict compliance with lender policies and internal procedures • Rename and file all documents according to required naming conventions (no exceptions) • Save documents in correct folders immediately upon receipt • Edit all email templates and forms to ensure accuracy before sending • Ensure specialised documents are collected for complex scenarios (e.g., separation agreements, guarantor documents, bridging requirements) • Modify document requests to reflect actual deal circumstances (e.g., single applicant vs joint) • Track finance and settlement dates independently using Broker Engine and/or calendar tools • Follow up lenders, solicitors, and conveyancers • Ensure no file remains inactive beyond three days without valid reason • Escalate issues early and proactively

• Ensures quality assurance through internal and external reporting measures • Develops and/or maintains underwriting internal and external reporting • Gathers data and coordinates with internal clients including actuarial, IT and underwriting • Lead and coordinates Training, UAT and process efficiencies • Participates and leads in associate development and mentoring activities • Responsible for regular recurring job functions including complex problem analysis and reconciliation of data

• Oversee, plan, and implement new and existing healthcare quality improvement initiatives and educational programs that enhance CMS Part C and Part D Star Ratings. • Manage enterprise‑wide Stars projects from design through completion, ensuring timely delivery and measurable outcomes. • Serve as a key liaison supporting collaboration across multiple internal departments. • Lead, plan, and execute Stars performance improvement initiatives across multiple business units. • Manage and standardize Stars projects, ensuring effectiveness, compliance, and alignment with regulatory and accreditation standards. • Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, evaluate program effectiveness, and develop improvement strategies. • Serve as a subject matter expert, providing thought leadership on measure‑level improvement opportunities. • Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to track KPIs, escalate barriers, and implement innovative quality improvement workflows. • Build strong internal partnerships, particularly with Health Services and analytics teams, to support clinical workflow enhancements, reporting, and targeting strategies.
