Responsible for the implementation of policies and procedures to ensure that quality standards, GCET programs, Key Performance Indicators and audits are met during operation of critical accounts. Qualifications - Must have demonstrated proficiency for all the responsibilities of an Operations Manager. - Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Facilities Management, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent work experience required. - Twelve (12) years of experience in data center and/or facility management experience required. - Knowledge of Data Center Operations and System configurations required. - Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, Outlook and Visio required; working knowledge of SharePoint preferred. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills required. - Strong team building and training skills required.
