• Design, develop, and optimize Generative AI solutions (LLMs, RAG systems, AI agents). • Fine-tune, evaluate, and deploy large language models for enterprise use cases. • Build and maintain end-to-end AI pipelines, from data ingestion to inference. • Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) using vector databases and knowledge stores. • Integrate GenAI solutions with existing systems via APIs and microservices. • Optimize model performance, latency, and cost on cloud platforms (OCI, AWS, Azure, or GCP). • Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams to translate business needs into AI solutions. • Ensure AI solutions follow best practices in security, governance, and responsible AI. • Stay up to date with the latest developments in GenAI, LLMs, and AI tooling.

• Use AI tools to produce high-volume marketing content, with a strong focus on short-form videos. • Create and publish daily AI-generated videos for brand awareness and marketing campaigns. • Develop, launch, and optimize AI-powered LinkedIn ad campaigns. • Implement AI solutions for email marketing, content repurposing, and campaign automation. • Research, test, and deploy new AI tools to improve speed, scale, and ROI. • Document AI workflows, automations, and processes clearly for team use

• Define the enterprise Agentic AI vision and roadmap, aligned to business outcomes (cost reduction, revenue growth, productivity, experience uplift). • Establish clear differentiation between LLM tools, copilots, workflows, and autonomous/multi-agent systems. • Identify and prioritize high-value agentic use cases (e.g., customer support resolution, claims/prior auth automation, contract leakage reduction, operational orchestration, developer productivity). • Own the design and evolution of the Agentic AI Platform. • Lead delivery of production-grade agentic solutions, not POCs. • Ensure agents are embedded into real digital experiences (chat, IVR, portals, internal tools). • Drive build-once, reuse-everywhere agent capabilities across channels and domains. • Define and enforce Agentic AI governance frameworks, including safety boundaries and guardrails, explainability and auditability, data privacy and security controls, bias, hallucination, and failure-mode mitigation. • Build and lead high-performing AI engineering and applied science teams.

This role is responsible for turning various information signals—member input, research, news, and internal learnings—into usable intelligence that informs decisions, strengthens our member product offerings, and helps our team stay ahead of a fast-moving social impact landscape. Reporting to the Senior Research Manager, the Strategist, Impact Intelligence helps power NationSwell’s proprietary knowledge stack: tracking what’s happening in the field, making sense of it, and ensuring insights are translated into compelling content and programming agendas, member products and services, and internal tools. This role blends analysis, synthesis, and systems thinking—and is ideal for someone who likes connecting dots, improving workflows, and making organizations smarter over time. The salary range for this position is $75,000-$85,000.
