• Define the enterprise Agentic AI vision and roadmap, aligned to business outcomes (cost reduction, revenue growth, productivity, experience uplift). • Establish clear differentiation between LLM tools, copilots, workflows, and autonomous/multi-agent systems. • Identify and prioritize high-value agentic use cases (e.g., customer support resolution, claims/prior auth automation, contract leakage reduction, operational orchestration, developer productivity). • Own the design and evolution of the Agentic AI Platform. • Lead delivery of production-grade agentic solutions, not POCs. • Ensure agents are embedded into real digital experiences (chat, IVR, portals, internal tools). • Drive build-once, reuse-everywhere agent capabilities across channels and domains. • Define and enforce Agentic AI governance frameworks, including safety boundaries and guardrails, explainability and auditability, data privacy and security controls, bias, hallucination, and failure-mode mitigation. • Build and lead high-performing AI engineering and applied science teams.

Reporting to the Senior Research Manager, the Strategist, Impact Intelligence helps power NationSwell’s proprietary knowledge stack: tracking what’s happening in the field, making sense of it, and ensuring insights are translated into compelling content and programming agendas, member products and services, and internal tools. This role blends analysis, synthesis, and systems thinking—and is ideal for someone who likes connecting dots, improving workflows, and making organizations smarter over time. The salary range for this position is $75,000-$85,000. • Scope and implement AI Agent deployments, providing strategic advice and execution support to customers and partners. • Leverage your knowledge of LLM internals (e.g., embeddings) to analyze customer requirements and design precise prompts for reliable, user-aligned behavior. • Simplify complex workflows and processes into digestible conversational components, enabling LLMs to handle challenging tasks effectively • Fine-tune conversational flows and voice output (e.g. SSML, lexicons, regex) to align with customer brand standards • Work closely with Agent Integration Engineers and Forward Deployed Engineers to connect customers’ systems with Parloa’s Agent Platform via APIs • Identify and solve blockers together with other departments at Parloa (e.g. Product, Agent Integration Engineering, or Sales) and the customer • Apply structured testing approaches to validate AI agent behaviour, quality, and performance under real-world conditions • Document best practices, how-to guides, and product capabilities for internal and external audiences, representing the expertise of the Agent Architect team
