Opportunity Overview: We’re hiring a Senior Manager, Business Intelligence to lead and scale our reporting and analytics capabilities. You’ll manage a distributed team across the US and India, driving delivery in a fast-paced environment. Reporting to the Senior Director of BI, you’ll partner cross-functionally to deliver insights that impact providers, patients, and clients. This is a high-visibility role for a player-coach who can go deep technically while driving speed, accountability, and high-quality execution. We’re looking for a strong operator who brings structure to shifting priorities, makes clear trade-offs, and maintains momentum without sacrificing quality. You’re collaborative, candid, and team-oriented.
