Client Relationship Manager
Hilb Group
• Contributing to various team meetings • Participating in day-to-day communication with clients proactively • Assisting clients with questions and issue resolution • Managing review meetings directly or in coordination with Retirement Advisors • Preparing client meeting and other presentation materials in collaboration with the retirement client service team and with Retirement Advisors • Conducting employee education workshops and enrollment meetings • Coordinating with other departments to ensure deadlines are met • Maintaining client support technology systems including databases, client relationship management systems, and investment analytics application • Assisting in the completion of additional reports and presentations as necessary • Helping the team in streamlining services and implementing new applications, software, and products • Contributing to a positive workplace environment • Ensuring the highest level of customer service and satisfaction
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- FINRA Series 65 license (or obtaining within the established timeframe)
- 5+ years of relevant financial services industry experience
- Experience in the retirement industry, as well investment knowledge
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Detail orientated and superior organizational skills
- Deadline driven
- Ability to work independently, as well as be a team player demonstrating collaboration
- Tech-savvy with excellent command of all Microsoft programs (Office, Word, and Excel)
- Fluency in Spanish is preferred, but not required.
