Media Partnerships Manager

• Responsible for commercializing and developing media strategy and Gamers Club products, including tournaments, events, productions, broadcasts, special projects, and other initiatives. • Accountable for monitoring commercial deliverables. • Responsible for client service, including identifying upsell opportunities. • Responsible for preparing final reports for clients. • Co-responsible for supporting the execution of commercial deliverables negotiated with partners. • Develop and execute strategies to identify, evaluate, negotiate, and close new business opportunities with potential clients. • Identify and build relationships with prospective partners. • Negotiate with clients, ensuring that all commercial terms align with financial expectations. • Manage client relationships, addressing questions, complaints, suggestions, and feedback. • Organize commercial requests and workflows with internal teams. • Prepare briefings, distribute tasks, and follow up with the planning team. • Create delivery controls and ensure negotiated deliverables are executed. • Track and update the status of commercial proposals, including revisions and deadline coordination with the commercial team. • Request and review media proposals for Gamers Club assets. • Map opportunities with clients or partners to collect briefings. • Attend events and accompany relevant and/or strategic clients.
Job Requirements
- Experience in digital media sales.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Advertising, or a related field (completed).
- Experience working at a media outlet or media platform.
- Proficiency with CRM and sales management tools.
- Established relationships with brands and partners in the games and esports market (preferred).
- English language skills (preferred).
- Knowledge of the games and esports market (preferred).
- Portfolio of projects or case studies focused on games and technology (preferred).
