Role Description As a Product Manager you’ll drive the product roadmap from requirements through delivery — leveraging AI tools to accelerate prototyping, discovery, and validation. You'll collaborate with stakeholders, customers, engineers, and designers to identify opportunities, define success metrics, and bring the product vision to life. You'll also partner with Sales and Customer Success to understand merchant needs and continuously improve their journey. - Lead product strategy and direction for our Order Management platforms, built to serve millions of orders daily Qualifications - 3+ years in Product Management or a similar role - Experience in B2B and/or eCommerce products - Proven ability to take projects end-to-end: from requirements and roadmapping to prototyping and delivery validation - Proficiency with AI-assisted workflows — using tools like Claude, Cursor, Figma, v0, ChatGPT, or similar to accelerate design, specs, and prototyping - Strong communication and documentation skills - Collaborative mindset with a strong sense of ownership Requirements - Familiarity with Confluence, Jira, or Portfolio - Background in Software Engineering or a technical role - Experience with Spec Driven Development (SDD)
