Mercor
Role Description - Evaluate clinical AI systems for alignment with Rwanda Standard Treatment Guidelines (STG). - Review and validate AI models using WHO IMCI protocols and Rwanda National Formulary. - Manage high-burden primary-care conditions like malaria, pneumonia, and chronic disease. - Collaborate with teams to address supply constraints and referral thresholds in Rwanda’s public health system. - Work independently to review clinical documentation and guidelines, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Qualifications - Must-Have: Licensed physician (MBBS/MD or equivalent). - 3+ years practicing in Rwanda or comparable LMIC primary-care settings. - Experience at health-post and/or district hospital level. - Preferred: Experience reviewing clinical documentation, guidelines, or case audits. Requirements - Task-based initially, transitioning to hourly based on performance. - $250 per completed task; each task takes approximately 6–10 hours.
