Consulting Manager – Workday HCM

• Manage the successful execution of complex Workday HCM projects • Serve as a strategic partner to senior client executives • Lead, coach, and develop teams of consultants • Manage overall client engagement governance • Provide executive oversight on solution design and architecture • Guide clients through complex issues related to system performance • Drive business development efforts
Job Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in HCM technology or enterprise consulting
- 5+ years of hands-on Workday HCM experience
- Demonstrated success in overseeing complex, multi-stage Workday HCM implementations
- Deep expertise in Core HCM, Compensation, and Business Process Framework
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Exceptional client engagement and executive communication skills
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
