Sales Coordinator
IMAX
Role Description We are seeking a resilient, relationship-driven Sales Coordinator to support a newly expanding region. This newly created role is highly administrative and client-facing, requiring strong organizational skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to manage multiple internal and external stakeholders. The Sales Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting regional sales growth by ensuring seamless coordination across clients, finance, design, and leadership teams. This position requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of responsibilities, and maintains exceptional attention to detail. Qualifications - 2–3 years of experience in sales coordination, sales support, or a similar commercial administrative role. - University degree required. - Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. - Strong administrative and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. - Experience reviewing contracts, term sheets, or commercial documentation. - Demonstrated ability to manage accounts payable coordination and payment follow-ups. - Ability to work independently in a remote environment while supporting multiple regional stakeholders. Requirements - Relationship-driven with strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Resilient and proactive, with a high level of accountability. - Commercially aware and comfortable supporting sales negotiations. - Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. - Comfortable operating across different markets and time zones. Key Responsibilities - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers across the region. - Serve as a key point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely and professional responses. - Proactively follow up with clients to support ongoing sales activity and ensure customer satisfaction. - Prepare and deliver client presentations as required. - Coordinate exclusivity and zoning research to support sales negotiations. - Compile and review term sheets to ensure alignment with negotiated sales agreements. - Review sales terms and conditions for accuracy and compliance. - Support Accounts Payable (AP) processes and follow up on collections and outstanding payments in coordination with Finance. - Track and monitor payment status to ensure timely resolution. - Manage expense reporting and other administrative tasks related to sales operations. - Liaise with internal teams, including Design, to follow up on drawings and project deliverables. - Coordinate logistics and commitments for exhibitor partners to ensure smooth execution. - Act as a liaison between clients and internal stakeholders to ensure clear communication and timely delivery. - Maintain accurate records of client communications, agreements, and documentation. - Ensure contracts, term sheets, and related documents are properly compiled and stored. - Support overall regional expansion initiatives through structured coordination and consistent follow-up.
