• Prise en charge d’un portefeuille paie multi conventions • Récolter éventuellement les variables de paie auprès des clients, les contrôler et les saisir • Réaliser et émettre les bulletins de paie (environ 500 paies/mois) • Établir les soldes de tout compte • Gérer et suivre les dossiers de gestion du personnel : DPAE, création des profils sous le logiciel de paie, congés, arrêts maladie, attestations diverses, les dossiers de prévoyance • Procéder aux régularisations de paie et de charges sociales • Procéder aux contrôles mensuels et annuels en toute autonomie dans le respect des procédures établies et transmettre la DSN

- De formation Bac+2 minimum
- Justifiez d’une expérience d’au moins de 2 à 3 ans en entreprise ou en cabinet
- Rigueur, organisation, force de proposition, autonomie, sens de la relation client et esprit d’équipe sont vos qualités
- A l’aise avec Excel
- Appétence pour les outils informatique, type SIRH
- Maîtrise de Silae est essentielle pour ce poste
- Maîtrise d’un autre logiciel est un plus mais pas un requis
- Connaissance de l’anglais est un plus.

Role Description The Payroll Process Operations Manager is responsible for leading payroll process operations and driving discipline around payroll policies, controls, and time management standards. This role serves as a key operational leader, leveraging data analytics to improve payroll performance, reduce risk, and enable informed decision-making. The role will also support mergers and acquisitions (M&A) activities, including payroll integration, process harmonization, and compliance alignment across newly acquired entities. The position also serves as a key liaison across HR Technology, Finance, and HR Operations to lead cross-process and system changes, govern pay-impacting rules, and provide operational analytics that strengthen payroll accuracy and service performance. The role can be based anywhere in the U.S.A.
