• Work with project team to understand the migration activities, prepare the migration strategy and migration plan. • Review and build migration templates and train the business user to fill the data in the templates. • Assist the business team in extracting master and transaction data, preparing upload files, and ensuring all required data is accurately captured for a successful data migration. • Participate in end-to-end SAP implementation projects, covering critical phase supporting business for the data migration and go-live. • Lead and review data migration to ensure Procurement to Pay, Inventory Management, Master data management, Stock Transport Order, Forecast to stock and integration with other modules. • Support migration and validation of forecast/PIR data, MRP parameters, material master planning views, and stock balances. • Establish strong credibility and trusted-advisor relationships with client stakeholders at all levels. • Reviewing Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), High-Level Solution Designs, and Detailed Design Documents. • Provide migration guidance and oversee solution quality across one or multiple projects. • Leverage technical understanding and debugging knowledge to support issue resolution and complex integrations. • Collaborate effectively with distributed and remote teams across different geographies. • Research, analyze, and resolve complex issues under tight timelines and project pressures.

• Act as the primary liaison between our company and Salesforce Partner Account Managers (PAMs), Account Executives (AEs), and Solution Engineers. • Maintain regular cadence with Salesforce teams across geographies and industries to ensure strong alignment and trust. • Participate in joint business planning with Salesforce PAMs and RVPs to identify key focus areas and GTM strategies. • Generate and manage a co-sell pipeline in collaboration with Salesforce AEs and Solution Engineers. • Coordinate joint pursuit efforts, including introductions, alignment calls, and opportunity planning. • Track sourced and influenced revenue and work with internal sales and marketing to accelerate deal cycles. • Develop and execute quarterly and annual joint GTM plans with Salesforce. • Enable internal teams (sales, marketing, delivery) on Salesforce programs, products, and co-sell motions. • Ensure certifications and partner program compliance (e.g., Navigator tiers, partner scorecards). • Collaborate with presales/marketing to create partner-facing content, success stories, and thought leadership. • Support event participation including Salesforce summits, Dreamforce, Connections, and regional partner events. • Drive industry-specific GTM motions (e.g., Manufacturing Cloud, Data Cloud, AI/Einstein Copilot, etc.). • Track KPIs such as pipeline generation, joint win rates, AE/PAM engagement, and certification status. • Own partner program reporting, Navigator score improvement, and partner portal submissions.

• Receive assignments in the form of objectives and establish goals to meet outlined objectives. • Perform software analysis, design, development and test of specific requirements related to AI/ML, 3D modeling, simulation, visualization, and COTS integration. • Determine system and software specifications and architecture to meet customer requirements.

• Build and maintain AI SDLC pipelines, tooling, and automation logic across the development lifecycle • Implement agentic AI patterns, multi-agent workflows, and intelligent task automation • Work with tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Microsoft Copilot, and other AI engineering environments • Evaluate emerging agentic AI models, frameworks, and toolkits • Build POCs and prototypes to benchmark scalability, reliability, and architecture fit • Propose optimal designs based on hands-on research and clear analysis of trade-offs • Work with product teams, architects, and clients to define requirements and shape agentic AI solutions • Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders • Guide clients on AI tool adoption (both greenfield and brownfield)
