• Own the "understanding" phase of the product lifecycle, identifying user pain points and business opportunities before any solution is designed. • Plan and conduct qualitative interviews and quantitative studies to gather actionable insights. • Lead user testing and interview sessions to validate hypotheses and prototypes directly with B2B clients. • Transform raw data into UX artifacts such as User Journey Maps, Personas, and Service Blueprints to guide the development team. • Manage the full design cycle for new features, from initial sketches and wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes. • Analyze existing functionalities and propose UX improvements to reduce friction and enhance user efficiency. • Produce high-fidelity screens and detailed specifications in Figma, ensuring the development team has everything needed for precise implementation. • Build interactive prototypes to test usability and communicate complex flows to stakeholders. • Partner with Product, Business, Customer Success, and Engineering teams to ensure design solutions align with technical constraints and business goals.

Job Requirements

  • Experience (3+ years) with Design or Product Research for a Saas B2B product.
  • Demonstrable portfolio featuring end to end UX projects.
  • Proven experience in qualitative and quantitative methodologies, specifically moderating interviews and conducting thematic analysis.
  • Strong experience in user testing, whether remote or A/B Testing.
  • Proven experience in Research (Hypothesis formulation, user interviews, benchmarking with other products, problem definition).
  • Ability to prototype at a level that supports end-to-end delivery.
  • Proven ability to map Critical User Journeys highlighting friction points and opportunities.
  • Ability to translate research findings into clear insights, opportunities, and recommendations.
  • Experience in Design Thinking and agile methodologies.
  • UX usability tools (Figma, UserTesting, Maze).
  • Experience working with MS Office/Excel, Google Suite, Notion.
  • Prior experience in an early-stage, high-growth, and fast-paced startup environment.
  • Ability to travel as needed to support events and meet the team.
  • Portuguese - Fluent.
  • English - Advanced.
