Job Description Responsible for gathering technical specifications so that the product can be developed Translates conceptual customer requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible to developers/project team. Creating and "continually" prioritizing the product and system requirements Creates process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to developers and/or the project team. Act as primary intermediary between the Platform Product Manager and the development team throughout a project's life cycle. Defining and balancing features, bugs, technical debt, and coordinating system level features Support teams in achieving their timelines and deliverables Assess if the product built satisfies customers' needs Qualifications 3+ years of Business Analyst experience, including product discovery and requirements gathering, or a combination of education and experience Ideally, 3+ years of experience in the energy industry (electricity, natural gas, utilities) or a combination of education and experience Bachelor's degree Azure DevOps (TFS) Writing specifications using use cases particularly for software Working to design and improve User Interface (UI) and User eXperience (UX) needs Additional Information Enerex is a company based on values and our core values reflect how we treat our customers and our team members. • Define and document project scopes for internal and client-facing initiatives, including apps, tools, and operational workflows • Conduct research and analysis to support strategic and product decisions • Evaluate new ideas, opportunities, and concepts, providing structured validation and recommendations • Identify and assess appropriate AI tools, platforms, or workflows for solving specific problems. • Help create multiple new feature documentations and support project management and teams in execution. • Build lightweight prototypes or proof-of-concepts using AI or no-code/low-code tools • Test concepts, capture learnings, and report feasibility insights • Translate ambiguous ideas into actionable documentation, briefs, or implementation plans • Maintain organized documentation, research outputs, and scope definitions • Introduce innovative initiatives involving internal tools and AI experimentation • Support different teams in getting concepts and/or projects to life.

• Serve as the first point of contact for internal reporting and data requests; gather context, align on the question being asked, and deliver accurate outputs on time • Build and maintain reporting in Sigma so stakeholders have access to reliable, up-to-date dashboards and performance views • Create ad hoc reports and summaries that answer specific business questions for internal teams and, at times, client-facing needs • Partner with cross-functional leaders to define metrics, align on data definitions, and document reporting logic so work is consistent and repeatable • Support process improvements related to reporting requests, including templates, documentation, and lightweight workflow optimization • Combine and reconcile datasets when needed, including mapping external data sources to internal reporting for analysis and trend tracking • Assist on larger analysis and reporting initiatives by gathering requirements, validating outputs, and supporting rollout to stakeholders
