• Serve as the first point of contact for internal reporting and data requests; gather context, align on the question being asked, and deliver accurate outputs on time • Build and maintain reporting in Sigma so stakeholders have access to reliable, up-to-date dashboards and performance views • Create ad hoc reports and summaries that answer specific business questions for internal teams and, at times, client-facing needs • Partner with cross-functional leaders to define metrics, align on data definitions, and document reporting logic so work is consistent and repeatable • Support process improvements related to reporting requests, including templates, documentation, and lightweight workflow optimization • Combine and reconcile datasets when needed, including mapping external data sources to internal reporting for analysis and trend tracking • Assist on larger analysis and reporting initiatives by gathering requirements, validating outputs, and supporting rollout to stakeholders

• Process Mapping: Perform a comprehensive scan of the environment to document customized business rules and flows created since implementation. • Strategic Documentation: Prepare the HubSpot Intelligence Dictionary (custom properties and mechanisms) and the Functional Integration Map (HubSpot-to-ERP connections via REST APIs). • Knowledge Transfer: Conduct a structured handover to ensure 100% of intellectual capital is preserved within a 60-day window. • Technical Liaison: Act as a bridge between business areas and the technology squad, understanding the role of REST APIs without the need to perform code development.

• Serve as the primary operational and strategic point of contact for all assigned contact center vendors • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendor leadership and site operations to foster partnership, alignment, and trust • Lead recurring vendor governance routines, including weekly tactical reviews, monthly performance meetings, and quarterly business reviews (QBRs) • Act as an escalation point for performance, staffing, or compliance issues, ensuring prompt resolution and communication • Monitor and analyze vendor KPIs (SLAs, AHT, Quality, CSAT/NPS, Attrition, Absenteeism, Utilization, and Schedule Adherence) • Identify trends, root causes, and actionable insights to drive improvement in performance and cost efficiency • Partner with Workforce Management to ensure accurate staffing forecasts, scheduling alignment, and capacity planning with vendor teams • Ensure timely and accurate reporting from all vendors; develop and distribute consolidated performance scorecards and insights to leadership • Develop and manage vendor success plans focused on quality, efficiency, and employee engagement outcomes • Collaborate with internal QA, Training, and Operations to align standards, onboarding processes, and coaching practices across vendors • Drive cost optimization initiatives through efficiency improvements, automation opportunities, and process simplification • Support the design and rollout of new vendor programs, pilots, or expansions (onshore, nearshore, or offshore) • Partner with Procurement and Finance to ensure contract compliance, accurate billing, and value realization.

• Support the Precision Medicine technology portfolio team with focus on multi-year portfolio planning, automation and AI enablement, financial management, budget planning, compliance, productivity advancement, and cross-team coordination. • Provide operational, analytical, and administrative support across all product teams, ensuring disciplined portfolio and product management and operational excellence of our PMED Technology practice. • Assist in global coordination of portfolio stakeholder needs, including intake of new requests. • Assure centralized and consistent communication and documentation across all product teams. • Coordinate risk/issue logs, action trackers, and cross-team dependencies. • Drive quarterly planning processes including prioritization and status reporting. • Collaborate with stakeholders and team leads to assure PMed technology roadmap is maintained and well socialized. • Assure team is passionately pursuing adoption of AI and other efficiencies and generating measurable savings • Find opportunities to streamline operational processes and introduce efficiencies. • Support development and rollout of improved reporting tools, templates, and dashboards. • Roll out Amgen guidelines and tools that maximize consistency, visibility, and productivity of all PMED Product and Project teams. • Lead capacity planning and tracking across India-based and US-based teams. • Maintain the portfolio’s operational dashboards, logs, and scorecards. • Track and report on productivity metrics, delivery KPIs, and operational performance across product teams. • Oversee the portfolio administration JIRA board and prioritization of process improvements to deliver • Partner with compliance, audit, security, and PMO teams to ensure adherence to enterprise processes. • Support documentation for audits, validation activities, and regulatory or data governance requirements. • Maintain standardized templates, document repositories, and controls.
