Role Description We are seeking a dedicated and organized Business Operations Associate to join our team and provide essential administrative support. This role involves collecting invoices, entering billing information for client accounts, and ensuring timely and accurate payment processes. The ideal candidate will be a proactive team player who can motivate and hold team members accountable while managing customer accounts effectively. Responsibilities - Manage customer accounts, including invoicing, collections, PO tracking, customer service, and resolving outstanding issues. - Respond to inquiries about payment discrepancies and provide necessary data to assist management with account-specific decisions. - Manage client accounts receivable aging. - Audit account-specific reports to ensure accurate billing and client information. - Manage customer-specific reporting as needed. Qualifications - 2+ years of relevant experience or a Bachelor’s degree. - Resourcefulness and ability to build cross-functional relationships. - Self-driven and able to set and meet deadlines without micromanagement. - Excellent communication skills. - Ability to problem-solve and understand the root cause of issues. - Enjoyment of working with numbers and spreadsheets. Requirements - Experience in invoicing, billing, and collections. - Strong data entry skills with attention to detail. - Customer service mindset. - Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel with skills in V-Lookup and Pivot Table basics. Role Description The Site and Monitoring Health Lead (SMH Lead) will apply knowledge of regulations and GCPs as well as experience in monitoring to safeguard the quality of clinical trial execution at investigator sites and ensure the client’s oversight of CRO monitoring effectiveness. This is a site-facing position that reports to the FSP Manager, with work directed by the client Associate Director (or above), Site and Monitoring Health Team.
