Role Description The Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at Caiz will be responsible for driving the company’s global commercial strategy, with a focus on partnerships, market positioning, and commercial viability. As a key member of the executive team, you will oversee strategic business development, brand visibility, and long-term value creation while ensuring all initiatives are aligned with Caiz's Shariah-compliant principles and ethical mission. Responsibilities: - Develop and lead the execution of Caiz’s commercial strategy to expand its footprint in both crypto and ethical finance markets. - Identify and establish strategic partnerships to support platform growth and ecosystem development. - Guide corporate branding, thought leadership, and communications efforts to position Caiz as a market leader. - Evaluate and develop commercial models that align with both industry standards and ethical financial practices. - Collaborate with legal, compliance, and product teams to ensure all partnerships and models adhere to Shariah guidelines. - Represent Caiz in industry events, forums, and strategic discussions with key stakeholders. Qualifications - 10+ years of experience in commercial leadership roles, preferably in fintech, blockchain, or emerging technology sectors. - Demonstrated success in building and scaling commercial operations and strategic partnerships. - Familiarity with ethical or Shariah-compliant business practices is highly advantageous.
