Role Description - Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. - Translate business insights and leadership input into clear, effective marketing plans and campaigns. - Build and execute integrated marketing campaigns beyond paid advertising and PPC, including organic, content, brand, and lifecycle marketing. - Lead the development and evolution of one or more company brands, including positioning, messaging, and identity. - Partner closely with the CEO to align marketing initiatives with overall company vision and objectives. - Establish and optimize marketing processes, tools, and performance metrics to ensure efficiency and ROI. Qualifications - Proven experience in a senior marketing leadership role (CMO, VP of Marketing, or equivalent). - Strong strategic thinking with the ability to turn ideas and insights into actionable plans. - Demonstrated success in building brands and executing multi-channel marketing strategies. - Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on, results-driven approach. - Excellent listening, communication, and collaboration skills. - Experience working in a fractional or consulting capacity is preferred. Location Consideration - The position is remote. While candidates based in Southern California are preferred, we will also consider applicants located within the Pacific or Central Time Zones.
