Qualifications - 2+ years of experience leading engineering teams (hiring, development, performance, and delivery management). - A strong technical background and development experience, enabling you to participate in architectural discussions and validate the team's technical solutions. - Excellent cross-team communication skills and the ability to build partnerships. - 4+ years of experience as a Go developer. - Experience in building and optimizing development processes (planning, decomposition, retrospectives). - Diplomacy and the ability to advocate for your position and the team's interests with well-reasoned arguments. - Willingness to learn, adapt, and collaborate effectively. Benefits - Relocation support to one of our hubs — Cyprus, Serbia, Georgia— with assistance for the employee and their family. - Flexible work from one of our offices or remote. - Healthcare Coverage. - Education Budget: Language lessons, professional training and certifications. - Wellness Budget: Mental health and fitness activity reimbursements. - Vacation policy: 20 days of annual leave and paid sick leave.
