• Designing, developing, and maintaining scalable full-stack applications using Angular and .NET • Partnering closely with product owners, business analysts, and technical teams to understand existing processes and system dependencies • Translating mainframe-era workflows into clean, well-documented APIs and services • Building and maintaining RESTful and GraphQL APIs to support front-end and back-end integration • Creating Angular-based single-page applications with strong attention to usability and performance • Contributing to event-driven and workflow-oriented solutions, including asynchronous processing, reconciliation, and backfill scenarios • Writing clean, testable, and maintainable code aligned with engineering best practices • Owning engineering solutions end-to-end and proactively identifying opportunities to improve reliability, observability, and scalability • Ensuring applications meet security, performance, and compliance expectations • Participating in code reviews and mentoring junior engineers to support team growth and continuous improvement

• Own, maintain, and improve scalable data pipelines that empower Antenna’s recently launched Subscriber Views product. Proactively identify failures, troubleshoot root causes, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence • Develop a deep understanding of Antenna's core data models in order to collaborate effectively with Data Operations and Data Science • Partner with the Data Science and Data Operations teams to maintain datasets that teams trust, understand, and use for self-service • Collaborate with a wide range of cross-functional stakeholders to gather and define requirements • Document, simplify, and explain complex problems to diverse audiences • Establish best practices to develop specialized datasets for analytics and modeling

• Build and ship features end-to-end using TypeScript across backend and frontend • Develop and maintain serverless APIs (AWS API Gateway + Lambda) • Work on a modern frontend with Next.js, deployed via S3 + CloudFront • Design and implement systems that process biomarker and health data • Integrate and apply AI/ML models to generate user-facing insights • Use Supabase for authentication and database interactions • Collaborate directly with the founder(s) on product and technical decisions • Continuously improve performance, reliability, and developer experience

• Work with the team to select, scope, and drive high-leverage projects that accelerate the development of Fraud Detection to help Reddit achieve its ambitious goals. • Help define the 2+ year technical roadmap for the platform, translating complex business needs into a clear strategy for highly available and performant backend services. • Execute on a strategy to create world-class Fraud Detection systems. • Mentor, coach, and collaborate with other technical contributors, fostering a culture of empathetic technical excellence and proactive problem-solving. • Work together with a variety of cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Policy and Legal, to ensure Fraud Detection meets the needs of all stakeholders. • Learn and improve technical and non-technical abilities, staying up-to-date on trends and best practices in the Fraud Detection space across the industry.
