Operational Inside Support Representative

• Provide overall excellent customer service to help complete any customer requests and resolve potential issues • Support the sales team by overseeing the order process within our internal systems • Providing shipment tracking information to customers and Account Managers • Work with the Accounting department in supporting accounts payable and receivable processes • Work with customers and manufacturers to facilitate return requests Order modifications/changes • Produce and distribute internal and external reports as needed • Pricing, sourcing, quoting, and deal registrations • Process shipping label request • Perform other duties as needed
Job Requirements
- Experience in pricing, sourcing, quoting, and deal registrations at a Value Added Reseller within the Channel required
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Possess high-level organization and time-management skills
- The ability to work quickly and accurately in both independent and team situations
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel
- The aptitude for learning new systems and software quickly
- Financial skills and background
- The ability to juggle a variety of tasks at the same time
- Demonstrated consistency in values, principles, and work ethic

• Responds to internal and external inquiries within stated service level agreements. • Manages incoming contacts regarding members questions, customer complaints, products, warranties, and general customer inquiries in accordance with quality and processing guidelines. • Analyzes, researches, and resolves problems and discrepancies for member accounts. • Maintains product knowledge, and awareness of customer services policies, and/or store policies. • If applicable, maintains understanding of federal and state regulations to include compliance. • Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
