Senior Master Data Manager, Media
Serviceplan Group
• You are the central point of contact for client services (account management), purchasing, billing and financial controlling on all master data matters • You translate client contracts and information from client services into correct configurations in DML and Maconomy, and into vendor entries in SAP/Ariba • You maintain and manage central master data in our media execution system DML • You actively develop master data processes further, e.g., clear guidelines, uniform standards and reduction of complexity • You identify automation opportunities and help drive their implementation • You train internal users and support the development of key-user competencies within the teams • You support finance processes and contribute to the group’s data-driven management
Job Requirements
- You have completed commercial vocational training or hold a degree
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a comparable role
- You bring a solid understanding of the media industry. Media planning, buying and billing are familiar to you
- You have experience with media processing systems — ideally DML
- You work in a structured and precise way with a strong focus on quality
- You can translate complex requirements from contracts and briefings into technical configurations
- You communicate clearly and confidently across different interfaces, e.g., internally with client services, purchasing, billing and controlling
- Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
- Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Maconomy) and basic accounting knowledge, as well as good English skills, are a plus
