• Use AI tools to accelerate analysis, data migration, and quality validation, while maintaining accountability for accuracy and reconciliation. • Lead the migration of historical data from legacy systems into Unanet ERP, ensuring completeness and accuracy. • Design and implement complex SQL queries, SSRS reports, and Power BI dashboards to drive actionable business insights. • Serve as a subject-matter expert to assess data needs, define requirements, and deliver custom solutions. • Guide junior consultants on data best practices, tooling, and project delivery. • Manage multiple data-focused projects simultaneously, balancing scope and timelines.

Job Requirements

  • 6+ years in data analytics, reporting, or a related role
  • Experience using AI-assisted tools for data analysis, reporting, or documentation
  • Extensive experience with SQL, SSRS, Unanet Data Lake, Unanet Applications, and Power BI
  • Strong background in relational databases and data architecture
  • Understanding of AEC or GovCon industries, including project-based accounting.
