About the Role We are looking for an experienced Senior Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to two Vice Presidents within our Policy and Communications orgs, across Pacific Time and Eastern Time zones. This role is pivotal in managing executive priorities, optimizing workflow, and ensuring seamless communication across teams. This is a hybrid role, based in San Francisco, CA, USA, and you will need to work in our SF Headquarters office for occasional organizational events and offsites. You will have a variable schedule for going into SFHQ. You will report to the Executive Business Partner to the Chief Corporate Affairs Officer and General Counsel. Compensation The successful candidate’s starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employee’s work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.
