Role Description As a Change Manager, you will be a driver of process and facilitator of efficient and compliant changes across InComm's technology landscape. In this role, you will impact the safekeeping of mission critical systems and operations by ensuring that changes are carefully implemented. Our Change Management team holds a highly important position within our organization, and you will be interacting with all levels of our business including executive leadership. We are looking for a stellar communicator who thrives in a challenging and fast-paced corporate environment! - Must have the ability to quickly obtain a high-level understanding of InComm’s IT technology landscape and how various platforms interact with one another to schedule changes that do not conflict with other changes causing unplanned outages. - Support internal customers with the preparation of change requests using the documented process and requirements. - Analyze change requests against the documented process to ensure all required details, artifacts and pre-approvals are in place before approving for CAB meetings. - Oversee the Change Calendar by coordinating all change requests across different business calendars. - Create and maintain change maintenance windows on the Change Calendar including those to signify business critical periods such as month and quarter end and change blackout windows. - Track change request scheduled end times to ensure timely closure. - Assess the impact and risk of all changes on business operations using the process documentation. - This role must exercise discretion and independent judgement to make decisions that could impact InComm financially and reputationally. - Collaborates with all IT technology teams to ensure major projects adhere to plan. - After hours’ on-call support is required and is managed in a rotation, approximately every 5 weeks. - Assist in the preparation of weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on established metrics as required. - Assist in training and communicating the change management process to the IT user community as required. - Assist as needed to support internal and external audits as required. - Independently maintain and continuously update change process documentation. - Drive process improvement and automation initiatives by streamlining approvals, risk scoring, template management, and reporting. - Other duties as required. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree required. - ITIL Foundation Certification preferred but not required; however, demonstrated awareness of ITIL Framework is required. - 2+ years’ required in a professional environment. - 3+ years’ required in an IT/ITSM environment with direct change lifecycle exposure. - ITSM platform experience preferred, i.e., ServiceNow, Jira, etc. - Demonstrated knowledge of computer systems. - Strong Microsoft Office skills required. - Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required including pivot tables, lookups, and macros. - Strong Power Automate & Power BI skills highly preferred. - Proven communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to influence without direct authority. - Ability to facilitate meetings with all levels of the business including setting agendas, recording decisions, and tracking actions to closure. - Strong organizational skills, time management, and the ability to adapt to changing requirements is required. - Strong organization, time management, and adaptability; comfort with audit/compliance evidence requirements. - The ability to prioritize and negotiate without direct line authority is required. - Professional English Language skills are required. The Treasury Manager is an individual contributor responsible for managing Oscar Health's important treasury operations and daily liquidity. The Manager will be a critical partner to the Treasury organization, driving the execution of cash management strategies in a capital-intensive insurance environment. You have a deep, operational understanding of Treasury practices. You will report into the Senior Director, Assistant Treasurer. Work Location: This is a remote position, open to candidates who reside in: Boston, MA. You will be fully remote; however, our approach to work may adapt over time. Future models could potentially involve a hybrid presence at the hub office associated with your metro area. #LI-Remote Pay Transparency: The base pay for this role is: $108,000 - $141,750 per year. Qualifications - 5+ years of progressive, hands-on experience in Corporate Treasury, Cash Management, or Treasury Operations within the financial services or insurance industry. - 3+ years directly managing corporate liquidity, daily cash positioning, and detailed cash flow reporting/forecasting processes. - Operational experience using major online bank portals (e.g., CashPro, JPM Access, WF Vantage) and managing daily fund movements and settlements. - Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate financial concepts. - Must understand core Treasury Operations and cash management principles. - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
