Role Description The Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Data Center Design Management team is a collaborative group of architects, engineers, and technical specialists responsible for delivering high-performance infrastructure that powers the Oracle Cloud. We are seeking a Data Center Design Manager to support the execution and coordination of design across our global portfolio of data centers. As a key member of the Design Management team, you will assist in the planning, review, and coordination of design activities with consultants, internal stakeholders, and external development partners. Your role will focus on ensuring that design packages meet OCI’s program standards, support operational efficiency, and are aligned with project goals. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge infrastructure that supports hyperscale and AI workloads around the world. In this role, you will manage assigned portions of the design process for both new builds and retrofit projects. You’ll support the delivery of design documentation, provide technical coordination, and assist with early-stage due diligence. • Read and interpret SDDs (Solution Design Documents) and functional requirements to build interfaces that meet acceptance criteria. • Create high-fidelity interfaces from approved wireframes and flows. • Build, organize, and maintain scalable components in Figma. • Prepare clear design specifications (handoff) for developers. • Work with the technical team to align on interface constraints. • Ensure visual consistency across the platform, including scheduling and AI interactions.
