Mid-Level Product Designer – UI, Execution Focus
CI&T
• Read and interpret SDDs (Solution Design Documents) and functional requirements to build interfaces that meet acceptance criteria. • Create high-fidelity interfaces from approved wireframes and flows. • Build, organize, and maintain scalable components in Figma. • Prepare clear design specifications (handoff) for developers. • Work with the technical team to align on interface constraints. • Ensure visual consistency across the platform, including scheduling and AI interactions.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in UI design for large-scale products or complex systems.
- Advanced technical skills in Figma (Auto Layout, variables, and strict component organization).
- Strong focus on technical delivery and visual quality rather than research or strategy.
- Experience collaborating with developers in agile environments.
- Advanced English (written and spoken) to support decision-making with international stakeholders.
- A portfolio demonstrating UI quality, component organization, and handoff-ready files.
- Nice to have:
- Experience designing data-heavy interfaces (complex tables, calendars, or dashboards).
- Familiarity with healthcare or education products.
- Knowledge of basic accessibility standards (WCAG).
