Role Description We’re looking for a curious, driven Associate Product Designer to join our team and grow their craft while contributing to meaningful digital experiences. In this role, you’ll support Senior Designers and Associate Creative Directors across a range of internal and external projects—helping translate user needs and business goals into clear, thoughtful design solutions. • Diseño UI‑UX : Realización de los diseños UI‑UX solicitados por el cliente, desde piezas y flujos sencillos hasta soluciones más complejas, asegurando consistencia visual y experiencia de usuario. • Interpretación funcional : Analizar, construir y comprender funcionales, convirtiéndolos en propuestas de diseño claras, intuitivas y orientadas a negocio. • Trabajo con herramientas colaborativas : Gestionar el trabajo diario mediante Jira , participando en dinámicas ágiles y coordinándose con equipos multidisciplinares. • Uso de IA (agentes) : Aplicar herramientas de IA y agentes inteligentes para mejorar procesos de diseño, eficiencia y calidad del output. • Interlocución con negocio : Mantener contacto directo con distintas áreas de negocio para recoger requisitos, validar diseños y proponer mejoras. • Perfil polivalente : Trabajar en todas las áreas de diseño, desde tareas más operativas hasta aquellas que requieren mayor capacidad de análisis, criterio y autonomía. • Colaboración transversal : Trabajar de forma coordinada con equipos de producto, desarrollo, negocio y otros diseñadores para asegurar soluciones coherentes y alineadas con los objetivos del cliente.
