Role Description We're looking for a Senior Merchant Center Specialist to own and optimize product feed infrastructure for large-scale e-commerce brands, ensuring accurate, compliant, and high-performing listings across Google Shopping. This is a hands-on execution role focused on feed management, data quality, and troubleshooting—not campaign management. What You'll Do - Feed Management & Optimization - Manage and optimize product feeds in Google Merchant Center - Own feed operations using DataFeedWatch (required) - Build and maintain: - Feed rules - Transformations - Regex-based optimizations - Optimize product data including: - Titles - Descriptions - Images - Attributes (GTIN, categories, etc.) - Catalog & Platform Management - Manage large catalogs (3,000–10,000+ SKUs) - Work across Shopify and WooCommerce - Ensure proper handling of: - Product variants (size, color, etc.) - Category mapping - Feed structure - Troubleshooting & Compliance - Diagnose and resolve: - Product disapprovals - Feed errors - GMC account suspensions (e.g., Misrepresentation) - Audit websites for: - Policy compliance - Data inconsistencies - Broken links / UX issues affecting GMC - Data Integrity & Sync - Ensure accurate syncing of: - Pricing - Inventory - Work with feed tools or APIs (not manual fixes in GMC) - Product Launch Support - Support new product launches and catalog updates - Ensure new products are properly structured and approved in GMC Qualifications - 3+ years of hands-on Google Merchant Center experience - 3+ years experience with DataFeedWatch or similar feed tools - Experience managing large product catalogs (3K+ SKUs) - Experience orchestrating end-to-end global store setups using Shopify Markets, streamlining international checkout by automating currency rounding rules and localizing payment methods to improve regional conversion rates - Ability to write: - Feed rules - Regex for product optimization - Proven experience resolving: - Disapprovals - GMC suspensions Nice to Have - Experience with Google Shopping campaigns (collaboration, not ownership) - Familiarity with Content API - Basic understanding of ecommerce SEO Application Process Interested candidates should apply directly for consideration. Role Description A People Resource Center Representative (PRC) is expected to provide exceptional client service.
