Role Description Black Rifle Coffee Company is seeking a Post Production Supervisor to lead and streamline the post-production process by coordinating across producers, editors, and key stakeholders. This role ensures efficient workflows, clear communication, and the timely delivery of high-quality edited content. Qualifications - 3+ years experience or equivalent in Post Production in a managerial role in Film and TV. - Demonstrated managerial experience, leading a team within a professional, fast-paced environment. - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, strong time management and organization skills. - Ability to work well independently and within a team, maintaining a positive attitude while anticipating, and proactively addressing, issues. - Demonstrated ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, change the course of action quickly and maintain professionalism under pressure. - Ability to attend reviews in the San Antonio area while also being effective in working remotely. - A portfolio displaying strong design and production skills across multiple advertising formats, including 6, 15, and 30-second preroll, long-form video, rich media, and display ads. - Proficient at color grading, after effects, and sound mixing. - US Military Veteran a plus. Requirements - Manage all in-house editors and edits as well as create and run a post-production calendar for all content for BRCC. - Work with Producers and Post executives to meet overall production scheduling and budget requirements. - Work with all Vendors and contractors on their post plans and deliverables. - Schedule and/or attend all post-related meetings and sessions, including mixes, reviews, ADR, color correction, QC, etc. - Manage the post schedule, making sure all scheduling and budgetary concerns are addressed and communicated to all relevant parties. - Provide guidance as needed throughout the finishing stages of production through post-production including facilitating communication with sound, music, and post-houses. - Partner with internal delivery departments as well as external distribution partners to coordinate the generation and completion of all post elements and deliverables. - Monitor the work on all phases of a post, setting goals and shifting priorities as needed. Alert Producers and Post executives to any problems/concerns. - Responsible for keeping up to date on current and emerging technologies for Post Production processes and delivery. - Manage data storage needs, upgrades, and maintenance. - Manage and update music libraries and stock footage libraries. Benefits - This is a full-time position and may require long hours and may require weekend and night work per events. - Regular, predictable attendance is required; including quarter-driven hours as business demands dictate. - Moderate noise (i.e., business office with computers, phones, and printers, light traffic). - Ability to work in a confined area. - Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time.

Role Description We are seeking a seasoned Mechanical Engineer to support our EO/IR seeker and precision munitions products and related technologies. If selected, you will be part of the Hardware Team supporting production programs in the Franchise Program Portfolio – a major piece of our Precision Guidance and Sensing Solutions product line. - Serve as Responsible Engineer (RE) for mechanical and opto-mechanical suppliers. Be the expert – own the product. - Identify and lead continuous improvement activities aimed at mitigating or eliminating problematic designs, build processes, and test plans. - Work collaboratively with cross-functional team to resolve supply chain issues. - Collaborate with external suppliers and internal procurement teams to meet program technical requirements.
